My leadership spans academic governance, evidence infrastructure, and international professional service, with a consistent focus on integrity, inclusion, and impact. My leadership is explicitly values-driven, grounded in fairness, evidence, and collegiality, while remaining pragmatic about the realities of complex institutions and competing pressures. I aim to lead in ways that are principled, transparent, and enabling - supporting people and systems to do their best work.

Professional roles and contributions in Crime and Justice
I hold a senior editorial role with Evidence Base: Criminal Justice Research, Policy & Action, and serve as Co-Chair and Editor of the Campbell Collaboration Crime & Justice Group, where I support the development and stewardship of rigorous, policy-relevant evidence for crime and justice decision-making. I am also a Trustee of the International Society of Crime Science, contributing to the strategic direction of the field internationally.
University governance and Institutional culture initiatives
Within universities, I have served on multiple research and teaching committees across institutions, including roles focused on organisational culture and equity (EDI). This includes contributing to successful culture-change initiatives such as the attainment of a Bronze Athena SWAN award in my former department at University College London.
